Refunds & Deposits

Refunds are not permitted. A deposit is required for every service and is non-refundable. A new deposit is required for rescheduled appointments outside of time frame. Deposits are non-transferrable across services.

Payment Methods

Cash payments are preferred. All card payments will incur a service fee. A valid card must be placed on file for all appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled more than 48 hours prior to service time. Any cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 75% service fee. Same day cancellations or "no-shows" will incur a 100% service fee. You are limited to one rescheduled appointment per service within the time parameters listed above & it must be scheduled within two weeks. Once you've exhausted your limit, a new appointment must be booked with a new deposit.

Contact

Please allow 24-48 hours response time to all communications with the exception of holidays and vacation time. Communication by text and/or email is preferred. Please refrain from social media contact as messages often get lost.

Late Policy

You are given a 15 minute grace period if you've communicated tardiness. After 15 minutes, you will be charged a $30 late fee. If you exceed 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a "no-show".

Service Contract

A service contract will be sent to your email immediately after booking and must be completed before your service date. Signing the service contract is an acknowledgement that you understand and agree to Bold Essence Beauty's terms & conditions. If you fail to complete, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a "no-show".
